Assorted work on Amazon Alexa experiences for smart televisions Role: UX design, Design engineering

During my time at Amazon, I led customer experience design for emerging voice and multimodal technologies within the Alexa Voice Services organization. I worked with internal and external OEM partners to prototype forward-looking features such as multitasking, ambient displays, and multi-agent assistants for third-party Alexa environments (including but not limited to smart TV). I eventually owned the design system that the organization built to simplify architecture, development, deployment, for dozens of third-party application binaries and leveraged it extensively to implement features in a new core Alexa app for flagship smart TV partners.
