Many places can boast about their pizza delivery, and even though it is the same case with Alessandro, the idea was to go somewhere else that others have not genuinely explored as much, a more obscure pizzeria if you will. Dark Trattoria is an Italian food delivery and food pickup, however, the focus is on a Dark Kitchen, which is any food service place where you never see the people cook. It's quite common, but making this part of the branding is a huge differentiator that also gives enough wiggle room to come up with a unique take on the Madrid food scene.
