The Challenge

Kacet had authentic roots and premium Latin products, but no cohesive brand identity to carry them beyond their local market. The visuals felt scattered, the messaging inconsistent, and the tone undefined. The challenge wasn’t creativity, it was coherence. How do we unify story, visuals, and tone into a single, scalable system that feels both culturally grounded and globally relevant?

The Solution

We built a complete Brand Foundation Sprint, the same framework I use to help brands evolve strategically without losing their soul. The process included:
A brand position that bridges Latin authenticity with contemporary lifestyle.
A tone of voice that’s confident, human, and rooted in craft.
A visual logic built on strong typography, balanced color systems, and adaptable structure.
Logo direction informed by cultural cues and timeless form principles.
Every decision served one goal. Clarity that scales. The system ensures that every new product, campaign, and digital touchpoint inherits intention, not noise.

The Experience

The process unfolded in Figma and Illustrator, fast, iterative, and strategic. Each round built upon a refined narrative framework crafted inside Notion, aligning story and structure from the start. The final output: a complete Brand Foundation Document, a toolkit for consistent creation across any medium.

Impact

Kacet now operates from a single source of truth, a living system designed for growth. The new foundation removes ambiguity, empowers decision-making, and sets the stage for long-term brand equity. This isn’t just a new look. It’s the start of Kacet’s global era.
