Art Publishing & Bookstore Ecommerce — Content-Led Catalog System (Webflow)

Tags: Webflow Development · CMS Architecture · Ecommerce UX · Content-Commerce Integration · Catalog Design Best suited for: Publishers, art platforms, or catalog-heavy ecommerce brands combining content and commerce Note: This project was delivered under NDA. Specific brand details can be shared in a private walkthrough.

This project focused on building an ecommerce platform for an art publishing and bookstore brand, where products are deeply tied to content, artists, and collections.
The core challenge was not just selling books, but enabling discovery across a large and diverse catalog while maintaining editorial depth.
Large catalog with weak discovery structure
Content and commerce disconnected
No clear path from exploration to purchase
We approached this by building a CMS-driven system that supports both browsing behaviors — readers and buyers.
Developed structured CMS for collections, artists, and categories
Designed content-led browsing that naturally leads to products
Built scalable layouts for growing catalog inventory
Ensured consistency across editorial and ecommerce sections
The platform allows users to explore like a reader, but convert like a buyer.
