Developed a GPT-4o-powered RAG application for a corporate benefits platform, built with Python, LangChain, and Weaviate, and hosted on Google Cloud App Engine. The system personalised health and wellbeing packages by retrieving provider-specific benefits based on user needs. The AI chatbot served as the primary user interface, enabling seamless interaction and navigation within the app.

The knowledge base contained various corporate benefit providers and their individual services and was used to provide users with a personalised health and wellbeing improvement package they could access via their employer.
