OpenAI GPT-4o powered RAG application built in Python and LangChain, using Weaviate as the vector database, and Google Cloud App Engine for hosting.
The knowledge base contained various corporate benefit providers and their individual services and was used to provide users with a personalised health and wellbeing improvement package they could access via their employer.
The chatbot was also the core interaction experience for users in the app and the means of navigation to different pages and features.
