By implementing AI-powered lead research, triage, email automation, quote drafting, and objection handling, the solution enhanced efficiency, increased conversion rates, and freed up senior team members to focus on high-value interactions. A phased approach prioritised quick wins, starting with high-impact automation, while laying the foundation for future scalability and optimisation.

Details

Personalised job kick-off emails automate client onboarding by sending templated communications triggered in Pipedrive, ensuring all necessary details, such as site access and invoicing, are efficiently collected. This reduces manual effort and speeds up project initiation.
ICP assessment and triage leverage AI to classify leads based on CRM and web data, assigning priority scores and notifying the sales team in Slack. This ensures high-value leads receive immediate attention while lower-priority leads are handled appropriately.
Lead research and context gathering automate the enrichment of lead data by extracting insights from email domains, websites, and LinkedIn profiles. AI summarises this information into the CRM, saving manual research time and improving sales team efficiency.
Personalised lead warm-up emails & auto demo booking use AI-generated content to craft tailored emails referencing project-specific details, with automated follow-ups and scheduling links. This streamlines the sales process, increasing engagement and booking efficiency.
AI-assisted quote drafting speeds up proposal generation by integrating AI with Pipedrive and the client’s quoting tool. It auto-generates pricing tables and proposal summaries, reducing effort while ensuring consistency and accuracy in client quotes.
