Summary: This project automated key parts of the clients’s sales pipeline using AI-driven workflows integrated with Pipedrive, Pandadoc, Brevo, Google Workspace, and other tools to reduce manual effort, improve lead prioritisation, personalise client communications, and streamline quoting and follow-ups. By implementing AI-powered lead research, triage, email automation, quote drafting, and objection handling, the solution enhanced efficiency, increased conversion rates, and freed up senior team members to focus on high-value interactions. A phased approach prioritised quick wins, starting with high-impact automation, while laying the foundation for future scalability and optimisation.
