What I built Bookini is a hotel management platform I designed and developed from scratch. It allows hotels to manage their entire operation from one dashboard and choose ready to use templates depending on their needs.

The goal was to create a clear, fast, and reliable system for hotel teams to manage daily operations without complexity.

I focused on:

A premium dashboard experience that stays easy to use

The dashboard acts as the command center of the hotel.

Everything is live and updated in real time.

Overview Dashboard Shows occupancy rate, arrivals, departures, room status, and priority alerts in one screen so decisions can be made quickly.

Room & Inventory Management Hotels can manage rooms by category, floor, and status (available, occupied, cleaning, maintenance).

Reception & Client Flow Handles check in, check out, walk ins, delays, and client records with clear status tracking.

Housekeeping & Maintenance Visual room status per floor to optimize cleaning and maintenance operations.

Services & Concierge Hotels can create services like breakfast, spa, transport, and tours, set pricing, and track revenue.

Finance & Reports Tracks revenue, paid and unpaid transactions, occupancy performance, and exports reports.

Analytics & Performance Provides insights on bookings, stay duration, cancellation rate, room occupancy matrix, and channel distribution.
