INK/24 is a tattoo studio booking system designed for a busy solo artist in Austin, Texas. The concept brings tattoo inquiries, reference uploads, availability, scheduling, confirmation, and booking management into one focused flow.
The goal was to remove the unnecessary back-and-forth that often happens across Instagram DMs, calls, and manual calendars. A customer moves from “Can I book?” to a clear appointment request, while the artist has the detail they need to manage the booking.

Booking Automation

INK/24 turns a tattoo inquiry into a more structured booking process. Customers share their idea, placement, size, reference images, and preferred appointment time in one flow.
The system keeps those details together, so the artist can review requests, manage appointments, and move customers from inquiry to confirmation with less manual coordination.

Outcome
