Motion Design for B2B SaaS: Enterpret, SPAR AI, Analytics HQ

Three motion design engagements for B2B SaaS companies: an intro animation and series format for Enterpret, explainer sequences for the AI-agent startup SPAR AI, and an intro explainer with data visualization for the analytics platform Analytics HQ. Animation, brand motion, and edit across all three.

Clients: Enterpret, SPAR AI, Analytics HQ

Sector: B2B SaaS Role: Motion Designer, 2D Animator, Video Editor Tools: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro

The brief

Software has no photogenic surface. There is no product to shoot, no location, no cast. What a SaaS company sells is a change in how work gets done, which lives entirely in the abstract until someone makes it visible.
That is the job motion design does in this sector, and it is harder than it looks. The animation has to make an invisible process legible to a technical buyer who will spot anything hand-waved, while staying watchable enough to survive a feed or a landing page. Too literal and it becomes a UI screen recording. Too abstract and it says nothing.
Across these three clients the specific problem changed but the underlying one did not: take something with no physical form and give it shape, motion, and a reason to keep watching.
Motion Graphic Intro for Enterpret

Enterpret

Enterpret is a customer feedback analytics platform. The work was an original intro animation and a repeatable format for an ongoing YouTube series in which leading professionals in tech discuss using the product.
A series format is a different problem from a one-off animation. It has to survive dozens of episodes, accommodate guests and topics nobody has picked yet, and stay recognizable while being fast to produce. I built the intro and the format, then worked as main editor across the series.

SPAR AI

SPAR AI is an AI-agent startup. The work was a series of motion graphics and UI-style explainer sequences combining 2D animation, product visuals, and clean transitions in After Effects.
AI agents are a hard sell visually because the product is a process rather than an interface. The sequences had to show the platform doing something without turning into a screen tour, at a pace that holds up in marketing and social distribution.

Analytics HQ

Analytics HQ is a data analytics platform aimed at data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, built around turning raw and messy data into usable insight.
The deliverable was an intro explainer combining abstract concept animation, data visualization, and a logo animation. Data visualization in a marketing context has a specific trap: it either becomes decorative and meaningless, or accurate and unreadable. The sequences had to suggest real structure in data without pretending to be a dashboard.

The approach

The pattern across all three is the same. Establish a visual metaphor for the abstract process first, then let the product visuals confirm it rather than carry it. Software demos are the weakest possible opening because they assume the viewer already cares. Motion earns the attention, then the interface pays it off.
Everything here was built in After Effects and finished in Premiere Pro, designed for marketing sites, social distribution, and ongoing series use rather than one-time delivery.
