Designing Nudge: An AI-Powered Productivity App

Nudge is an AI-powered productivity app that helps professionals organize their daily tasks with clarity and focus. Built around the Eisenhower Matrix, it automatically sorts tasks by urgency and

importance; helping users decide what to do now, schedule, delegate, or postpone.

The goal was to design a minimal, intuitive mobile experience that feels like a calm, intelligent assistant. The interface needed to simplify task management without clutter; creating a space where productivity feels effortless and focused.

The design embraces a monochromatic palette with soft accents, clean typography, and generous white space to promote clarity. The flow begins with a conversational AI input (type, paste, or voice) and ends with a clear, structured view of prioritized tasks. A simple dashboard provides insight into progress and daily focus.

The final design delivers an intelligent yet tranquil experience; a digital companion that helps users prioritize with purpose. Nudge transforms chaotic to-do lists into clear, actionable plans, making productivity feel calm and intentional.
