SQUIRE is the operating system for modern barbershops. It helps barbers run their entire business from bookings and payments to inventory and marketing, all in one seamless app. With SQUIRE Commander, everything happens in one place, making daily operations faster, smoother, and more professional.
My role
Owned the design of an iOS and Android app for barbers and their customers.
Led and managed a design team. Collaborated with the leadership and engineering team.
Helped construct a visual system for the app's look and feel.
Ensured a level of excellence, consistency, and cohesiveness in all creative work produced and executed.
Was part of a discovery team who identified pain points in the booking and checkout experience through interviews, analytics, and usability testing.
