SmileNova launched their business with a DIY website that served them well initially, but as the business grew, it started falling short. They were getting over 1,000 clicks from Google every month, but these clicks weren’t converting into bookings. As Brandon explained, “If people aren't coming and they're not booking, then business doesn't make any money... it affects us pretty quickly.” SmileNova knew they were leaving money on the table by sticking with what they had, but were unsure how to fix it.
