Project Context & Challenge

Thryv Group is an organisation operating in the NDIS / aged care / support services space.
They wanted to “disrupt the traditional support care industry, bringing a bold, fun and approachable perspective” to what is usually a bland, institutional category.
So the core design challenge was:
How to express warmth, trust, professionalism, and care — all at once.
How to break away from the usual clichés (blue cross, medical symbols, sterile tones) yet still inspire confidence.
How to ensure their brand identity would carry through digital touchpoints (website, logo, UI) and feel cohesive.
How to bring to life a new narrative in a conservative field, while preserving accessibility, clarity, and brand consistency.

My Role & Responsibilities

In this project I acted as Brand Designer / Logo Designer / Web Designer, doing end-to-end work across the brand identity and digital presentation.
More specifically, my responsibilities included:
Brand strategy and visual exploration (defining tone, colours, visual vocabulary)
Logo concept development and refinement
Iconography or illustrative accents as needed
Designing UI mockups and templates for the website
Selecting typography, colour palettes, and design system rules
Ensuring responsiveness and visual cohesion across screens
Providing final deliverables (style guide, assets, export files)
I collaborated with the client on their values, goals, and audience, iterating designs based on feedback.
