ABOUT THE PROJECT

Montag Club did not need a new website. It needed its existing page to actually work.
The community already had what most competitors spend years building: recognized mentors in the Brazilian creative market, 50+ impacted brands, and a proposition that made sense for anyone taking AI-driven creative direction seriously. Bruno Deos, Pedro Burneiko, Mariana Falcão, Felipe Teixeira — the lineup spoke for itself. The product was real. The problem was the page. Technical performance was below what the product warranted. Urgency elements were either absent or too generic to move anyone. The conversion architecture did not reflect the strength of what was being sold. Every visitor who arrived with intent and left without acting was revenue lost to the page, not the product.
GG Studio took on the challenge in consulting and sprint format, working directly alongside Bruno. Nothing that was working got touched. No new identity was imposed on a brand that already had voice. The work was surgical: redesign of the highest-impact UI elements, restructuring of the social proof hierarchy, injection of urgency triggers aligned to the premium positioning, and full technical optimization inside Framer. The page launched with a 95+ Lighthouse performance score, sub-3-second load time, and a conversion architecture rebuilt from the ground up.
Bruno closed the engagement with complete ownership of the page — able to update, test, and scale it without ever needing to bring in an agency. That is the GG Studio standard: leaving every client stronger than we found them.

At Discovery, we mapped friction points in direct collaboration with Bruno — identifying exactly where visitors were losing momentum and where Montag Club's value proposition was not landing with the force the product deserved. At Architecture and UX, we restructured the social proof hierarchy and repositioned urgency triggers at the critical decision points of the scroll journey. At Design System and UI, we redesigned the highest-impact elements without overwriting the identity Bruno had already established. The Framer stack was technically optimized to hit a 95+ performance score and sub-3-second load time while preserving every existing custom component. Bruno left the project with something beyond a better page: total ownership of it, with no agency needed for the next update.

A page that was not selling what the product was worth.
Montag Club arrived at GG Studio with a clear diagnosis: the product was premium, but the page was not communicating that. Technical performance below potential. No real urgency. A conversion architecture that gave visitors no compelling reason to act right now. For a community competing across the entire Brazilian creative space, every low-function element was a silent revenue leak. The audience Montag needed to convert — creatives with real projects and real willingness to invest — made fast decisions. The page was not ready for the speed of those decisions.
SOLUTION

Genuine urgency triggers were structured in and aligned to the brand's premium tone. Social proof was reorganized to appear before objections. The Framer stack was fully optimized to 95+ performance score with sub-3-second load time. The page that came out is the one the product always deserved.

PROJECT CHALLENGES

Optimizing an existing landing page is, in many ways, harder than building from zero. When the product has real strength, the brand has its own voice, and the client has a clear point of view, every redesign decision has to respect what was already built while eliminating exactly what is blocking conversion. In the Brazilian creative community space, where the audience is sophisticated and tolerance for slow or generic pages is near zero, the margin for error is small.

When the optimization was complete, Montag Club had a landing page that finally matched the weight of the product behind it. Technical performance stopped being an invisible obstacle. Urgency stopped being decoration and started driving conversion. And Bruno walked away with full control over a page he now understands, operates, and can scale without bringing anyone else in. The work was not about remaking what was good. It was about unlocking what was stuck.
