The goal of this project is to bring together two Shopify stores into a single HubSpot account while integrating Tidio for live chat and customer engagement and Orum for streamlined call automation and communication management.
This setup will allow for centralized CRM management, unified reporting, automated workflows, and enhanced customer interactions across both eCommerce stores.
Scope of Work
A. HubSpot & Shopify Integration
Integrate both Shopify stores into a single HubSpot account to centralize data and streamline workflows.
Configure each Shopify domain as a separate data source to ensure accurate tracking and segmentation.
Map and sync key data between Shopify and HubSpot, including:
Customer details (name, email, phone, etc.)
Orders and transaction history
Products and SKUs
Abandoned cart data (if available)
Create HubSpot lists, filters, and workflows for each store to manage leads and customers separately.
Test and validate data sync and event triggers such as purchases, signups, and other interactions.
B. Tidio Integration
Integrate Tidio live chat across both Shopify websites to enhance customer engagement and lead management.
Connect Tidio to HubSpot to automatically capture leads and enrich CRM data.
Set up chat triggers, welcome messages, and automation flows as needed.
Test and verify data flow from Tidio to HubSpot, including lead capture and conversation tracking.
C. Orum Integration
Integrate Orum with HubSpot to streamline call management and automation.
Set up user accounts, call workflows, and link calls to HubSpot contacts.
Test and verify call logging, activity tracking, and analytics synchronization to ensure accurate reporting.
D. Automation & Workflow Setup
Set up HubSpot automation workflows to streamline customer and lead management across both Shopify stores.
Automate new customer creation from Shopify
Trigger abandoned cart follow-ups
Capture new leads from Tidio chats
Schedule call follow-ups or reminders from Orum activity
Configure email templates and notification triggers as needed.
Test and verify all workflows to ensure smooth operation without conflicts between the two stores.
E. Reporting & Validation
Create unified HubSpot dashboards to monitor performance across both Shopify stores and integrated tools.
Track total sales and leads from both Shopify stores
Monitor live chat interactions via Tidio
Review call and communication metrics from Orum
Test end-to-end data accuracy and ensure workflows run consistently.
Provide a brief training session or handover documentation for managing and maintaining the integrations.
