Users embraced the desktop version of the software platform over the past 20 years, but consistently requested the same intuitive functionality on mobile devices.

Through several years of extended UX research and robust input from clinical users, we were able to create an exciting new product. Delivering highly complex, fully integrated clinical software to a responsive device posed many challenges, but more importantly, new opportunities to delight the users and expand into a new market segment.
