The starting Point

Since the beginning of the project we already had a crystal-clear idea of what we were going to do. And even more importantly, of what we absolutely couldn't allow to happen.
We’re talking about five heavyweights: Acción Empresas, the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, CLG Chile, Pacto Global Chile Network, and Sistema B. An initiative adopted by 8 major corporations in Chile with their sights set on COP25. The strategic weight was massive. We had to integrate the NDC 3.0 Roadmap directly into the private sector's business strategy. They needed an identity, a platform, and a guiding document. But above all, they needed something memorable.

The Visual Alchemy

A system designed to grow.
A system designed to grow.
For the visual identity, we designed a five-petaled flower with an iridescent effect. Zero literalism. The rationale is strictly strategic: an alliance of this caliber isn't a static private club; it’s a living ecosystem. The five petals and the iridescence evoke the founding institutions with the exact subtlety that a project of this tier demands. The abstraction is deliberate. If ten more corporations join the initiative tomorrow, the brand absorbs the growth effortlessly—without flinching and without requiring any redesign.

The Execution

THE DESIGN SYSTEM

Typography: Cognitive Fluidity

We selected Lexend for one non-negotiable reason: cognitive fluidity. When handing a climate roadmap to the C-suite, there is zero room for visual friction. Lexend strips away corporate pretense, ensuring dense strategic data is absorbed instantly. Its versatile weights gave us absolute editorial control—commanding, heavy cuts for authoritative headlines, and sharp, clean lines for complex body copy. It’s pure structural pragmatism: zero bureaucracy, maximum clarity across any platform.
Zero friction. Maximum clarity.
Zero friction. Maximum clarity.

Color System: Going Rogue

For the palette, we took the hues of the five founding institutions as a baseline, and then we went rogue. Instead of a predictable corporate mashup, we engineered a standalone color ecosystem that belongs entirely to itself. It acknowledges its origins but refuses to be tied down by them, resulting in a dynamic, cohesive spectrum that feels authoritative, modern, and unapologetically independent.
The Alliance’s DNA, codified.

The Tech Approach

Often the transition from design to code is the graveyard of good ideas. We don’t play that game. We built the web platform in a tactical sprint, leveraging AI-driven development environments (Cursor) to guarantee absolute fidelity to the original art direction. No technical friction, no compromising aesthetics for 'time constraints'. Clean code, rapid deployment, straight to the point.
Live platform deployment.

The ecosystem

Launching an initiative on the global stage of COP25 demands more than a few pretty visuals. We orchestrated a campaign architecture structured across three tactical phases: the preliminary build-up to drive traction, absolute narrative control during the event's key days, and message consolidation in the aftermath. We didn't just generate sporadic noise; we built and operated a surgical communication engine.

In a Nutshell

We took a coalition of heavyweights and bulletproofed them against the lethargy of design-by-committee. We delivered a scalable brand system, a technical document with undeniable editorial weight, and a digital infrastructure built for pure speed. Unapologetic pragmatism and uncompromising execution.
