After exploring Contra over the past few days, one thing immediately stood out: design, development, marketing, video, content creation everywhere. But as soon as you step outside the "creative/tech" bubble, things get quiet very quickly. That's not a criticism, it makes perfect sense. Contra was originally built with creatives and developers in mind.

As the saying goes, if you want something new, start it yourself. So I've decided to begin sharing content about my freelancing journey in a niche that is rarely discussed: ISO standards and management system implementation.

Don't worry, I'll keep things simple and concise. My goal is to make these topics accessible to everyone while also sharing management principles and practical lessons that can be applied by anyone.

But first, a quick introduction. I'm Yanis, a QHSE Engineer and ISO Management Systems Consultant. I help companies, often SMEs and fast-growing organizations, build quality, safety, and environmental management systems that actually work, without drowning them in paperwork.

My goal is to show that quality and compliance are not just for large corporations and that a well-designed management system can become a genuine business advantage.
