The client for this project was a plant-based hair loss supplement brand, "Firmora Labs" who needed a 2-step welcome email sequence designed for Klaviyo ahead of their launch.
The objective of the email content was to introduce the brand to new leads and highlight the benefits of the product. The second email featured a 10% off introductory discount as an extra incentive to get leads to convert.
Visually, the designs needed to incorporate earthy tones and textured backgrounds to match the brand's tone of voice which is rooted in utilising natural and plant based ingredients in health and wellness.
