Beezy is a scheduling and networking platform built to help professionals manage bookings, contacts, availability, calendar connections, and client follow-ups from both web and mobile.
I worked on the core product experience across the Beezy web and mobile apps, focusing on mobile feature parity, user flows, subscriptions, authentication, and reliability.
My work included product planning, mobile UI/UX, frontend implementation, API integration, testing, and launch preparation.
The Problem
Beezy needed to move beyond a basic scheduling tool into a more complete mobile-first workflow for professionals who manage meetings, contacts, availability, and follow-ups on the go.
The main challenge was making the mobile app feel native and useful while staying aligned with the existing web platform and backend.

Product Highlights
Mobile-first scheduling
The mobile app gives users a clean way to manage their scheduling workflow from a phone, including meeting types, availability, calendar connections, and upcoming meetings.
Web and mobile billing split
Beezy uses Stripe for web subscriptions and RevenueCat for mobile subscriptions. Both systems connect back to the same Beezy plan and entitlement model, so users keep consistent access across platforms.
Native app store readiness
The app was prepared for App Store submission with Apple sign-in, account deletion, subscription compliance, restore purchases, and clear plan labeling.
Better operational UI
I redesigned several mobile screens to feel more polished and practical, including dashboard, calendar, billing, meeting details, setup flows, share actions, and the AI assistant.
