User Dashboard
This website features a variety of activities and was developed by a collaborative team involving Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, Mobile App Developers, Product Designers, and Product Managers. I led the Frontend development using ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, and API integration. I also contributed as a Cloud Engineer by hosting the site and managing components.
A core feature of the platform is its Course Purchase System, allowing users to buy either Live Sessions, where students can learn virtually, interact with trainers, submit assignments, receive shared documents, earn referral bonuses, apply for financial aid, and receive certificates or Recorded Sessions, similar to platforms like Udemy. All user interactions are managed through a dedicated user dashboard.
The Admin Dashboard includes robust functionality such as course creation and editing, live session scheduling (which must be initiated by the admin), group link management, and more.

Challenges with the Previous Website vs. Improvements in the New Website

Outdated Design Challenge: The interface lacked modern UI/UX elements, making navigation clunky and visually unappealing. – Improvement: A sleek, intuitive, and responsive interface built with ReactJS and Tailwind CSS.
Poor Responsiveness Challenge: The layout didn’t adapt well to mobile or tablet devices. – Improvement: Fully mobile-first and responsive design for seamless use across all devices.
Limited Functionality Challenge: Absence of user dashboards, course enrollment, and learning tools. – Improvement: Comprehensive dashboards with features for live sessions, assignments, referrals, and certificate issuance.
Static Content Management Challenge: Required developer intervention for updates and changes. – Improvement: Admins can easily manage content, courses, and user activities without needing technical support.
No API Integration Challenge: Data was static and disconnected from backend systems. – Improvement: Real-time backend communication via robust API integration.
Slow Performance Challenge: Long loading times and inefficient handling of assets. – Improvement: Hosted on modern cloud infrastructure with optimized performance and uptime.
Lack of Student Engagement Tools Challenge: No interactive features like assignments, resources, or certificates. – Improvement: Full support for document sharing, assignments, and certificate generation.
No Referral or Financial Aid Options Challenge: Missed opportunity for user growth and support. – Improvement: Integrated referral system and financial aid application to improve access and engagement.

Conclusion

Working on the Avenue Impact platform was a rewarding experience that allowed me to apply and expand my skills in frontend development and cloud engineering. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, I contributed to building a user-centric platform that supports virtual learning, course management, and digital transformation solutions for businesses. This project not only strengthened my technical capabilities in ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, and API integration but also enhanced my understanding of delivering scalable, real-world web applications that create meaningful impact.
