Junglo wanted to deepen their bond with their community at every touchpoint of the customer journey and boost sales beyond just their website. So, we set out to craft an automated email marketing experience that would keep the connection alive long after checkout.
By seamlessly integrating Klaviyo into their Shopify site, we tailored three distinct email marketing segments: a warm Welcome series, a strategic Abandoned Cart follow-up, and a thoughtful Post-Purchase sequence. These targeted email streams not only conveyed Junglo's unique brand narrative but also significantly enhanced customer retention rates.
