Nowruz 3D Composition Project

This was a self-initiated project celebrating the Solar New Year, Nowruz. The objective was to create a playful composition using simple, geometric shapes and characters. I used Blender to create the 3D composition, adjust the lighting and movements. The colour palette was extracted and inspired by the glazed tiles from the Safavid era, Iran ( see below ). Usually, the nowruz spread is represented as a very detailed and dense composition of various materials and patterns, requiring one to pay extra attention to details. I aimed to take the opposite approach. The image below is a reference to the level of detail mentioned.
