I created an internal project planning software for Landsaid, a globally operating non-profit organization that has been active in disaster and development areas since 2006, focusing on providing medical emergency relief during natural disasters or armed conflicts. The software helps prioritize immediate assistance to those in need and supports sustainable development in affected regions.

It consists of a:

Login Page:

A Dashboard that provides an overview of all projects with a progress bar to track the remaining budget of each project.

A project detail page to view and edit the project details containing:

Media up- & download

Cashbook (creating, editing, and accepting receipts, handling different currencies and filtering the cashbook by certain criteria, also you can export the cashbook as a CSV file)

Cashbook Evaluation which lists up all budgets, and their details for the budget

An admin panel to handle accounts, sponsors, project partners, and currencies
