Division is a rental house that provides equipment and custom solutions for Key Grips in the Los Angeles, CA area. Being a new business they needed a professional and easy-to-update website to help attract local clients.
Brendan, the Co-founder at Division, initially posted the job here on Contra for a Framer Developer, but after chatting with him we agreed that Webflow would be an ideal solution to Division's needs.
Bringing designs to life
Division provided final designs for me to build inside of Webflow. But it was more than just the design, as Division had a vision for bringing subtle motion into the project. They wanted that extra little touch brought to the project to give it life.
I started by building the website using Relume Library components and adapting them to the designs provided. Once that was complete I worked on incorporating custom Webflow interactions throughout the website. On load, scrolling, parallax, and hover interactions were used to help achieve that feeling of movement throughout the website.
I also used a small amount of custom code to have a "scroll to top" link appear when the user stops scrolling on the website.
Working with Cory was fantastic. He brought life to the site and we have been so excited to see it come to fruition. A master of his craft. If you hire Cory you won't be disappointed.
