Redesigned Gifte Florist: An E-Commerce Platform to Shop Flowers

I collaborated together with Gifte Florist, one of the biggest florist brand in Medan, Indonesia. Executing a major overhaul in redesigning their entire website and enhancing it's overall website experiences, resulting in a notable increase in conversion rates.
Throughout the process, I did a UX audit their old website design , and understanding their needs before before redesigning to understand their needs and direction.
