Agency websites often send buyers to a slow listings page and a generic contact form. The step that actually matters to the agent, booking a viewing, is buried.
The approach
List and map side by side. Price pins on the map match the listing cards, so buyers can browse by area.
Key details on every card. Price, bedrooms, bathrooms and neighborhood appear first, with no digging required.
Viewing requests. The main button in the header and on every listing is "Book a viewing," not "Contact us."
Listing feed ready. The architecture supports property feeds (for example, from an agent's CRM) instead of manual uploads.
Stack
Next.js, TypeScript, Mapbox, a headless CMS and a Postgres listings database.
What a client gets from this kind of build
A listings site that brings in viewing requests, connected to the agency's existing data.
