The Solution: Signal-Based Omni-Channel Outreach
I architected a two-pronged outbound system designed to spark high-intent conversations without the "volume spam" approach.
Phase 1: Observation-Led LinkedIn Outreach
Instead of generic pitches, I implemented a manual outreach strategy built on deep research.
The Strategy: Identifying specific triggers on prospect profiles (Recent wins, hiring, or specific content).
The Result: Multiple "Wow" responses from C-level prospects who appreciated the level of personalization and human-first approach.
Phase 2: Technical Cold Email Infrastructure
While LinkedIn built the brand trust, I engineered a cold email engine to scale the reach.
The Stack: Instantly + Apollo + Custom Data Scrapers.
The Infrastructure: Setting up 10+ warmed domains with full DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure 99% deliverability.
The Methodology: Moving away from static templates to dynamic sequences that adapt to the prospect’s industry.
The Results: Beyond the Platforms
Direct Pipeline: Successfully activated a consistent flow of leads outside of Upwork/Fiverr.
Positive Reply Rate: Achieved elite-level engagement, with prospects explicitly calling out the quality of the outreach.
System Maturity: The client now has a durable, repeatable GTM engine they own entirely.
