Simplified complex processes through developing procedural guide

Managed an external knowledge base of user-help documentation for a database management product. Structured and created procedural guides using DITA and XML. Used HTML and CSS to create output templates to convert the XML files to a Microsoft Word document, PDF document, and an HTML website. Improvements to the knowledge base gained praised by key stakeholders.
