Sorta (concept): Framer landing page for an AI ticket sorter

Concept, self-initiated. Sorta is not a real product and this was not client work.

The brief I set myself

Sorta sorts support tickets with AI. Its buyers are support leads who have seen AI tools send confident, wrong replies to their customers. The page had to earn their trust in the first screen.

What I did

A sorting room in the hero: every ticket gets a label with its reason before it drops into a queue, so the main objection is answered in about three seconds, without reading.
An identity taken from mail-sorting rooms: pigeonholes, routing labels, postal blue and signal red.
Positioning and copy that lead with control (every decision shows its reason), not with automation.
A live React demo built as a Framer code component.
Responsive from desktop down to 390px.

Why it's built this way

For a skeptical buyer, showing the reasoning beats promising accuracy. The demo makes the product's best argument without a single claim.
