UX Design Project

I managed a user experience design project for Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. We took their disgusting, old website (image above) and gave it a complete makeover based on our extensive user research. The image below is the beautifully designed website we developed for them where their users could actually figure out how to pay their bill.
