It’s repeat customers, understandable demand, operational know-how, established reputation, and a business model that already works.
Of course, “boring” doesn’t automatically mean good.
But when evaluating a business or market opportunity, predictability can be an asset — especially when it is supported by evidence rather than assumptions.
A business doesn’t have to be exciting to be valuable.
Sometimes doing the same useful thing exceptionally well, year after year, is a pretty strong business model.
