Designed two coordinated 8.5” × 11” folded mailers for Coates Hearing Clinic—one targeting patients with outdated hearing aids and another for patients who declined treatment. Each piece is printed on a single sheet, folded for insertion into a standard mailing envelope, and designed to make a strong first impression when opened. Warm, relatable imagery is paired with concise, research-backed messaging to encourage re-engagement and schedule consultations, enhancing patient outreach and retention.
