QUANTITY TAKE OFF

This project entails the preparation of a comprehensive quantity takeoff for the Talavera Private Resort. The scope of work includes calculating the quantities of materials required for all phases of the resort’s construction, including site preparation, earthworks, foundations, structural elements, and finishing works.

The quantity takeoff will cover:

Site Preparation: Excavation, grading, and earthmoving activities.

Foundations: Concrete, formwork, and reinforcement required for the foundation.

Structural Works: Quantities for framing, columns, beams, and other structural elements.

Finishing Works: Materials needed for interior and exterior finishes, including drywall, flooring, and painting.

The deliverable will be a detailed and organized document, provided in Excel or PDF format, with precise measurements and quantities to assist in budgeting, procurement, and project management. This takeoff will ensure accurate material estimates and support efficient project planning and execution for the Talavera Private Resort.
