Security Analysis and Business Valuation Group Project
Main responsibilities:
Work with members to come up with the fair valuation for Thien Long Group
Research and incorporate different methods for valuating the price of stock: DCF method, APV method, P/E method
Establish financial statements: Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, Cash flow, Proforma
CAPEX calculation, FCFC calculation, APV calculation, Report Summary and Suggestions for Company and Investors
Verifying the accuracy and completeness of financial records, transactions, proformas and report.
