Back in 2019, I started to build a personal brand for a local veterinarian in Costa Rica. He was already an outstanding professional at the time; he just had one issue. He didn't know how to market himself. I offered my help and we started to build his brand beginning Q4 of that same year. By February of 2020, not only had he gained over 1000 followers, but also his daily patients increased from 7 to 12. However, this was just the beginning. While applying listening marketing, social media management, and a new business funnel, his agenda started to average 15 patients per day [In the first year of Covid!] Fast forward to 2022, he already surpassed the 3000 followers mark, and we needed to close his online agenda as he already had loyal customers. By 2023, his agenda surpassed 25 clients each day.
