I partnered with Jeem, a wellness platform for Muslim women, to build and scale their email marketing channel from the ground up—transforming it into a high-performing, trusted, and revenue-supporting system over six months (March–September 2025), with continued growth beyond.

Scope of Work

Designed and launched a full email marketing strategy aligned with Jeem’s premium, faith-centered brand
Built branded, mobile-optimized email templates for campaigns, events, and member communications
Implemented multi-step automations, including subscriber welcome flows and member onboarding journeys
Integrated Mailchimp with Calendly and Uscreen via Zapier for seamless data flow and automation
Set up world-class deliverability infrastructure, including SPF and DMARC authentication

Within two weeks, I fully restored inbox placement by:
Creating a dedicated sending subdomain
Implementing full authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Executing a controlled warm-up strategy
Segmenting and sending only to highly engaged subscribers
Gradually scaling volume to rebuild sender reputation safely
Results:
Spam placement completely resolved
