The app needed to be user-centric, accommodating travelers of varying tech-savviness while providing a seamless flow from trip inception to post-trip reminiscing.

I was tasked with crafting both the app design and logo for this particular application.

I started think about the color palette for the application and I immediatly thought about the Jungle Green because the shade of it, a vibrant greenish-blue, imparts a refreshing and invigorating feel. It evokes a sense of vitality and rejuvenation, perfectly aligning with the spirit of travel and exploration.

This particular hue resonates with nature, conjuring images of lush forests, clear waters, and outdoor adventures. It taps into the innate human connection with the natural world, fostering a sense of adventure and exploration.

The color Jungle Green exudes a sense of trustworthiness and reliability. It instills confidence in users, assuring them that the application is a dependable tool for planning and embarking on memorable journeys

I decided to utilize the font pairing Nunito and Source Sans Pro because these fonts create a harmonious aesthetic, blending modern lines with soft, rounded edges. They prioritize readability and clarity, ensuring users can easily navigate the app without strain. Additionally, Nunito and Source Sans Pro are versatile, adapting well to different screen sizes and resolutions for a consistent user experience. Their clean appearance conveys professionalism and trustworthiness, crucial for a travel app where users rely on accurate information. The combination also establishes a distinctive content hierarchy, with Nunito for headings and Source Sans Pro for body text.

Following that, I proceeded to create the introduction page, which functions as a concise tutorial within the app. Additionally, I crafted the landing page, which establishes the foundational layout that remains consistent across all other features.

I designed the menu system to allow users to effortlessly create subtrips, activities, accommodations, or transportation. The design is both accessible and modern, ensuring an intuitive experience for all users. This user-friendly interface adds a touch of sophistication to the app, making trip planning seamless and enjoyable.

I crafted the user account settings for the trips! app, striking a balance between modernity and simplicity. The design not only exudes a clean and contemporary aesthetic but also ensures optimal functionality for seamless user interactions. This intuitive interface enhances the overall user experience, providing a straightforward yet highly effective platform for users to manage their accounts and preferences effortlessly.

I finalized the invitation design in line with the app's style, allowing users to effortlessly add people to their trips and share them.

With my design contributions, I aided Trips! in achieving their goals, both in terms of features integration and securing their initial clientele upon the app's Play Store debut. The owners expressed their satisfaction with my professional approach, affirming the impact of my work on their venture's success.
