Objective Alignment Project

In the unFIX Core Team we have a team of distributed freelancers working on a nice mission - to build up more versatile organizations in the world. Where people can grow while the company can bring great value to their customers.

We have sometimes situations where we as an async team, have problems with having clear objectives or operative task prioritization. As we are freelancers, we like to work independently and with what feels right in this moment to each individual.

So, I pushed us to have an objective alignment workshop and we had it. It gave a safe place to align and talk through our team objectives, what we think we should achieve, and the realistic time frame.

We are all entrepreneurs, but aligning the objectives and the steps to it is helpful.

So, I can provide help for your team as well - whether you have a full-time team or a group of freelancers, I can help facilitate the discussions and alignment. Getting people to say out in a safe environment what they really think and want. As especially in the virtual, distributed world, it is so easy to get misaligned and so difficult to have the same pace of breath. I will use different tools from OKR framework and from unFIX Networked Objectives Setting Pattern Sets.
