𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 ⚠️ Their launch has been delayed for a year due to the team's inefficiency, lack of proper guidance, the fact that no roles and responsibilities were properly defined, and the fact that no realistic targets or milestones were properly assigned. ⚠️ The project passed through multiple hands, and no clear line of processes was defined.

𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 🛠️ I thoroughly understood their business model and removed the old management and communication methods, which were not helping at all. 🛠️ They defined their expectations with proper milestones and realistic deadlines. 🛠️ Implemented new productive management methods that suit their business. 🛠️ Groomed the team about to get synced with new methods easily and to help them understand why it's helpful. 🛠️ Started productive daily scrum meetings with the team, which helped them get clarity on their daily assigned tasks and deadlines. Also, it helped to make sure everything was on track. 🛠️ Arranged weekly status reports with management to keep them in the loop with the progress.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁 ✔️ We successfully delivered the expected milestones on time. ✔️ The launch was smooth and successful. ✔️ The transparency and ease of the user experience in the system were established, which helped to gain the confidence of new customers.
