Workflow Steps:
📥 Lead Submits Form A lead submission on a web form triggers the automation.
📇 Contact Created in HubSpot A new contact is automatically created in HubSpot, ensuring lead data is instantly logged and ready for tracking.
🧠 GPT-4 Responds to Lead and Sales Team GPT-4 generates a personalized introduction and summary message tailored to the lead’s form input. This message is designed to inform and engage the lead while also giving the sales team useful context.
🔀 Smart Router A router determines two parallel outcomes:
📧 Send Lead Introduction Email The personalized message generated by GPT-4 is sent to the lead via Gmail.
💬 Message Sales Team in Slack The sales team is notified in Slack with a summary and next steps for immediate follow-up.
