Overview
Employment Law Center of Maryland is a non-profit employment law firm. They were not impressed with their old website and found it hard to compete with other local firms who had been around longer. Within 2 months of launching, the new website broke their record for unique visitors and started out-preforming their competitors with outdated websites!

Challenge
The main challenge was to establish ELC as a more modern employment law firm. Many traditional law firms have dated websites that are not appealing and preform well enough for the firms that have been around longer. With proper design, copywriting, and SEO, the website should have no issue appearing at the top of search results and capturing the users' attention.
Understanding the Brand
ELC recently updated their branding to become more modern and needed a website to match. For the website, ELC receives leads via consultations where they review cases with potential clients. It was important to make it clear for users to book consultations often.
