I developed and executed a social media strategy for The Langham, Hong Kong, which involved crafting engaging and visually appealing social media posts, including captions, stories, and reels. I also ran effective promotional campaigns with different social media influencers, regularly analyzed social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Influencer Marketing Campaign for Poke Bowls

The poke bowl became our flagship F&B promotion at one of our restaurants, TFG,during the summer. To maximize its reach, we developed a marketing strategy that leveraged influencer collaborations and social media. We proactively contacted a diverse range of influencers, including fitness and food enthusiasts, to initiate social media campaigns, giveaways, and fitness classes.
Through strategic partnerships with influencers, our goal was to promote our poke bowls in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle. This online presence significantly increased The Langham Hong Kong's brand visibility and boosted revenue from our F&B promotions.
