An eight-page English-language planning workbook created for Northmark System’s Short-Term Rental Hosting Starter Kit. This entry showcases the workbook as a distinct deliverable within the existing kit.

The goal is to help readers apply the guide to their own property. Each worksheet focuses on one decision area: a property brief, expectation audit, guest journey, arrival rehearsal, turnover review, issue and communication plan, supply and effort review, and weekly improvement plan.

Short prompts and generous writing space make the pages suitable for printing or annotating in a PDF application. The workbook is a printable PDF, not an interactive form or software product.
