My focus has always been on current opinions the consequences of those opinions and the in-depth analysis of those cases. Indeed, this decade, particularly the past 4 years, we have witnessed some of the most legally consequential opinions, overturning the old and ushering in the new. including but not limited to, Chevron to Bruen, and Dobbs.
