Health Care Project

I collaborated closely with Practitioners and clinicians, Product Managers, and the CEO to understand the application, which enabled me to develop new interactions and components. By interviewing Practitioners and clinicians about UX pain points, I improved several workflows, enhancing their efficiency. This led me to initiate a completely new design to further enhance the user experience.

After joining the company, I noticed that our design and development teams were using different systems: Polaris for design and Chakra for development. I proposed to the CEO and Engineering Lead that we standardize on a single design system to enhance consistency and collaboration. This initiative was successfully accepted, leading to better alignment across teams.
