AI Marketplace Listing Automation System

My client was managing product listings across multiple marketplaces — Amazon, eBay, Shein, and Walmart — entirely by hand. Every product from their master Excel sheet had to be manually reformatted and uploaded to each platform individually. With hundreds of products and each marketplace requiring its own template format, the process was painfully slow and error-prone.

I built an end-to-end automation system that reads the client's Google Sheets product catalog and automatically converts each listing into marketplace-specific templates for Amazon, eBay, Shein, and Walmart.

The core challenge was twofold:

1. AI-Powered Image Matching Each product needed the right visual to go with it. I built an AI layer that searches the web and selects the most relevant product images automatically, eliminating the need for manual image sourcing and assignment.

2. Cross-Marketplace Template Conversion Every marketplace has different listing requirements — field names, character limits, category structures, image specs. The system intelligently maps each product's data into the correct format for each platform, handling the translation layer so the client doesn't have to think about it.
