With so many platforms on the market to reach influencers it can be hard for clients to ensure creators are vetted and in their target market.
Our Skincare client based out of California had just launched a new product line targeting women ages 18-49 in the US and needed honest testimonials on their premium formula.
We were tasked with taking the influencer marketing campaign from end-to-end that also included managing their Ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Starting out we seeded the products with micro-influencers to identify who aligned with the brand in order to build out those relationships over the period of the campaign. From the initial creator brand activation we got feedback on who would be able to move forward to produce a full video review.
Creators that opted to do the new product line review had a video completion rate of 85% and over 33% accepted to become brand ambassadors after falling in love with the brand!
We edited and tested the content generated by creators against in-house creative Ads that outperformed a production that involved 5x the budget. Audiences connected with the authentic results creators were having, incorporating the creator reviews into the product level page on Shopify increased conversions by 15% compared to normal customer reviews!
