1. Client Acquisition & Sales We connected with the client, understood their business model and e-commerce objectives, and aligned the project scope with their online retail requirements.

2. Discovery & Requirement Analysis We analyzed the product catalog, designer brands, product categories, customer journey, shopping requirements, and business needs to establish the website structure.

3. E-commerce Planning We planned the navigation, collections, product organization, filtering and shopping journey to make it easier for customers to discover luxury products across brands and categories.

4. Shopify Development We developed and configured the Shopify storefront with responsive layouts, product pages, collections, navigation, cart functionality, customer account features, and essential e-commerce capabilities.

5. Product & Collection Structure The store was organized around designers, handbag styles, accessories, materials, and product collections, creating a scalable structure for a large and evolving luxury catalog.

6. E-commerce Functionality We implemented and configured key shopping functionality including cart and checkout flows, payment options, shipping, customer support sections, and other Shopify capabilities required for online retail.

7. UX, Testing & Optimization We reviewed the customer journey across devices, tested key shopping flows and functionality, and optimized the experience for usability, responsiveness, and reliable performance.
