Shoppable Video Landing Page for Klarna

I led the design of a reusable, shoppable video landing page format for Klarna, built to boost creator-driven engagement and drive conversions.
🎯 Challenge:
Creator traffic was landing on generic brand pages with low CTR (~12%) and high bounce rates.
💡 Solution:
Designed a hero-first landing layout with embedded videos, sticky product links, and a responsive structure. Integrated with Contentful CMS for scale and GA4/FullStory for insights.
📈 Impact:
• Bounce rate: ↓ 56% → 28%
• Avg. time on page: ↑ 42s → 2m10s (+211%)
• Product clicks: ↑ ~12% → 37%
• ROI: +3.6x (Klarna-verified)
Used in 25+ campaigns and adopted as the default for influencer landing pages.
